ANC 4C
Lite Branding Package
This project is an example of a “lite” branding project where only a simple logo was needed, along with a color palette and fonts, all of which was summarized in a condensed “executive summary” brand guide.
The design and colors in the logo reflect a professional tone and a fresh, modern take on the classic red, white, and blue associated with serving the public.
I love working on projects that help my local community and this was no exception. The Advisory Neighborhood Commissions play a critical role in our neighborhoods, serving as the voice of the community and the liaison between the community and the local government on all sorts of issues, such as neighborhood and traffic safety. We created a tagline to quickly convey their purpose in the logo.
The logo helps them convey who they are and what they do quickly, in an easily recognizable and professional way. Now I see the ANC-4C logo all around the neighborhood — on commissioners’ T-shirts at local events and on yard signs near local businesses — and on their website, conveying cohesiveness and professionalism.
